BB17 products WARRANTY POLICY

1. All BB17 products are warranted by breakbrake17 to be free from any defects in workmanship and materials.
2. This warranty is for the original purchaser and owner of the BB17 product only.
3. Normal wear, neglect, improper use, improper assembly or general product abuse is not covered.
4. Cost of shipping the product back to breakbrake17 and any labor charges incurred are not covered.
5. Please contact breakbrake17 with any problems you are having with our product, even if you do not think it is covered under this warranty 
policy. We will do our best to take care of any issue you are having with our products.

 

30 DAY WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURE DEFECTS

A manufacture defect includes anything that is believed to be incorrect or defective with the product upon purchasing it. Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt, including checking all bolts, surfaces, welds, and junctions. Such defects can take time to notice. We allow you to have a 30-Day period from the date of purchase, to identify these problems. Any products determined by breakbrake17 to have a manufacture defect within the 30-Day period, will be replaced at no cost.

 

1 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKS AND CRACKS

Any frame, fork and handlebar that develops a crack or break on a weld within 1 year from the date of purchase, proven with the original sales receipt, will be replaced at no cost. Cracks or breaks caused from dents, bends, or modifications will not be covered.

 

LIFETIME CRASH REPLACEMENT

Any frame, fork and handlebar that becomes damaged during use, may be replaced or upgraded for a Crash Replacement price. Products replaced with Crash Replacement will only be covered by breakbrake17 30 Days Warranty against manufacture defects. For details on Crash Replacement prices please contact with us.

 

Warranty Process:

1.Please contact the authorized  disributor or dealer in the country you purchased your product from.we will not incur shipping expenses to or from our facility.
2. Once the warranty return has been confirmed. you must send the defective product back to us and include the receipt or other proof of original ownership. When shipping the items to us.
3. After we examines the part and determines a product is defective or faulty, your product will be replaced free of charge.
